Bass is weak sounding
Check that the polarity of the speakers is correct. Room placement can make a significant change to bass output.
Place subwoofers in the corner of a room to enhance bass. On the subwoofer amplifier, change the phase from 0 to 180 degrees to see if this improved the output.

My subwoofer does not turn on
Check that the subwoofer is getting power from the outlet. Check the main power switch on the rear is on.
Check that the sense switch is either on or auto. Check the signal cable from the receiver that it is sending out a signal.
Check the gain on the subwoofer that is it not at its minimum. If this does not fix the problem, please contact
